How to build an impenetrable infrastructure

This is the final tip in our free lesson series on the seven key areas of your business. Again, these are just small tidbits, and the last thing we’re going to look at is the infrastructure of your business. Of course, there’s a bunch of different areas of infrastructure, but I’m just going to focus temporarily on the back office. Specifically, I’ll give you one suggestion that if you implement, will make a big difference.

For those of you that haven’t done this, know that it can potentially change everything. If you’re a business owner, and you’re still dealing with the back office stuff, paperwork, and all the other things that aren’t on the forefront of your business, I recommend that you put a good part-time or full-time employee, or even virtual assistant on your team who can take care of all that for you.

As a business owner, you shouldn’t be swamped by those very low value tasks, such as filing or doing paperwork. Or, maybe you’re not naturally organized and your office is a mess. I really want to encourage you to delegate, outsource, or otherwise find someone else to help you with the back office things. Because your time is valuable. If you’re spending all your time in the back office, doing busywork here and there, you’re simply wasting it. I can’t tell you how many business owners are focused on the wrong things. Just pay someone $10, $15, or $30 an hour, and it’ll most likely end up saving you money in the long run.

So that’s the last tip in the series. Thank you guys so much for joining me. Look through these articles several times, but don’t just read them. Don’t just laugh at me. Don’t think, what is this crazy guy doing with all this energy? It’s all for naught, it’s all worthless unless you take action. Go out and take action on your business. I believe you can do it. I really, really do. I love working with small business owners. If you need anything from me, please reach out. Drop me an email. I would love to connect with you. Again, thanks for being a part of this course, and have a better than amazing day.
